PLF - Party Liberation Front always brings the some of the best parties and themed events to Richmond. This event is at Gallery 5 in Jackson Ward, where often you can see PLF on First Friday doing live fire performance with their Dj's and talented entertainers. The bacchanalia were originally wild and mystic festivals dedicated to the Greek and Roman god Bacchus AKA Dionysus. The word "bacchanalia" has since come to describe any form of celebratory revelry. Since that's what we do best The Party Liberation Front is throwing a shindig of epic proportions (imagine that) in honor of Bacchus inspired debauchery! For our version of bacchanalia we shall have two floors with a burlesque variety show and 6 fine DJs pumping out dance tunes, live performance of all kinds and other creative pursuits that shall please the gods and goddesses.
Speaking of gods and goddesses we implore, suggest and encourage you to dress in appropriate Greco-Roman god and goddess or gladiator/soldier attire. Togas will also do but let's get spicy with it!

* The Amazing Stage Show: We are excited to announce the Richmond debut of The Amazing Stage Show (www.amazingstageshow.com). A.S.S. is a cabaret showcase that includes bellydance, burlesque, comedy, fire, juggling, magic, live music and snake play featuring Rio, Deanna Danger, The Muse, and the Zwerdling.

There shall also be a lounge area with couches, chairs and pillows for you to chillax, toast your glasses and whisper sweet nothings into each others ears. The gallery's bar shall flow with tasty libations of all flavors for your palette.
Visual stimulation of all kinds will be presented to you. Jordan La Liaison and Natural Science Productions will both have video imagery to take you back to the times of old when myth, magic, swords and sandals ruled the land.
** Also just added Ian Graham Photography Photo shoot (www.ianmgraham.com) to the lineup. So make sure and come in your best costume to get your picture taken in pure Greek/Roman fashion.
