OK, we know--the main attraction for the show at The National this Friday has to be Sleigh Bells. And trust me, we're excited about Sleigh Bells too... but the really smart ones amongst you will be sure to arrive at The National as early as you possibly can, because Bosco Delrey, the show's opener, is a pretty great attraction in his own right. He's creating a genre hybrid that's never been heard before--electro rockabilly. That might sound weird at first glance, but anyone who has heard Bosco's brand new album, Everybody Wah! (released last week on Mad Decent), will agree that the combination totally works. Bosco Delrey's music is fun and easy to dance to, and it's receiving a lot of love from some heavy hitters. For example, check out the remix of Bosco's "Evil Lives" by Ad-Rock of the Beastie Boys, which can be downloaded here. You can also listen to the song "20 Flight Dub," which is based around an old Eddie Cochran tune and ends his new album, here, or check out his video for his first single, "Space Junky," after the jump!
