Makes me want to see college photos of George W.

Heck, after years of the former repressive "regime" it wouldn't be hard to look benevolent, but photographer Lisa Jack has found a way to make our president appear very human.

Taken way back in the day when Mr Obama was a freshman at Occidental College, we catch a glimpse of a young Barack sporting a wide brimmed Panama and puffing away on a cig.

Easily exuding confidence, he completely owns it.

The opening of an exhibition showcasing 21 of the 36 photos taken from this series at West Hollywood's M+B Gallery happens today.

I live in Virginia and can't make it, just thought I would share this little nugget for anyone close enough to go by the gallery. For the rest of us, I grabbed some samples from the series for this post.
