Coming up this weekend is the 7th Annual Richmond Summer Tattoo Arts Festival sponsored by Capital Tattoo and Heroes & Ghosts Tattoo in Carytown. Expect a lot of ink and famous, semi-famous, and wanna-be-famous artists working the throng of tattoo enthusiasts.
