China's empty city

Ordos, China may be the perfect example of a government ideology being trumped by reality. China, as most know, is going through an economic explosion. Government spending is happening in all directions, and there is no better example of how this can go wrong than Ordos. The government has built a fantastic city, well planned full of great architecture, and it is vacant.
