TERMINATE the TUMOR

The first time I met Colin was 2003, my freshman year, in the VCU dorms. We had a few mutual friends but had never really talked before, he came up and said "hey I got a job at Starbucks!" He knew I worked there at the time and it's funny now because we both look back at that moment as when we first met. Over the course of the past 6 years Colin has gotten to be a great friend of mine. He's truly a sincere, funny, all around great guy.

Fast forward to this past summer. Colin was diagnosed with a stage four malignant tumor in his brain. Pretty shocking news for a 24 year old right?

Watching Colin fight this so far has been amazing, his high spirits and totally kick ass attitude is truly inspiring.

This weekend his girlfriend, Christine, is hosting a benefit to help with all the rising costs of his treatment. We will be accepting donations at the door, a silent auction upstairs, as well as live music downstairs. We would love to see everyone's support in the community!
