Velocity Comics has been bringing good literature to this city for years now. From your favorite comic books, to bringing Robert Crumb to the Centerstage a few months back, Patrick Godfrey and company are enablers of literacy. Patron saints of believable fiction. Dark mistresses of bold illustration. Pied pipers of the binded page.

I just made myself laugh a little.

Anyway the guys behind AFRODISIAC Jim Rugg and Chris Pitzer are coming to town to pimp their new book and sign a few.
