Haiti- A Benefit for the Red Cross.

RVA Mag is happy to be helping local promoters Community Chest put together a benefit show at Plaza Bowl next Saturday (the 23rd) to raise money for relief in Haiti. To be abundantly clear at this time: neither RVA Magazine nor Community Chest will be making any money from this. 100% of proceeds will be going to The Red Cross.

The cover is $10. You can pay us, in cash, or when you get to the door, you can donate via TEXT MESSAGE to the Red Cross.

note- we have contacted the RVA branch of the American Red Cross in regards to this matter, however we haven't received a reply yet. We will be disclosing in full the amount of money we bring in and donate to The Red Cross, and we hope that the RVA branch will be able to attend this event.

I have to check with my bandmates, but Moruza might be able to play. We have enjoy doing non-profit/benefit shows in the past and would be honored to play for such a worthy cause.

T-Division will also donate an additional $1 to the Red Cross for every EP we sell that night.
