CATCH 22 promises to be an extraordinary event. We are proud to welcome this year's Honorary Chair, artist James Prosek, whose work is in the collection of the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts and who is represented locally by Reynolds Gallery. This year's event will include a Live and Silent Art Auction, both featuring an exceptional group of the area's most respected artists. As a special feature, we are excited to also present work by James Prosek. See a list of the participating artists below.
The annual art auction provides significant support for 1708's exhibitions and educational programs. It is one of the most popular benefits in Richmond and a great opportunity to collect art by some of the best artists in our area. See admission and sponsorship info below.
RAFFLE
CATCH 22 will also feature a raffle for an exciting weekend for two to Art Basel Miami Beach! Raffle tickets are $25 each or five for $100. The raffle will be drawn the night of the Auction, Saturday, April 14th. Winner does not have to be in attendance at time of drawing. AUCTION ARTWORK VIEWING TIMES
The Auction artwork will be on view at 1708 Gallery beginning with an opening reception on Thursday, April 5th through the night of the Auction gala on Saturday, April 14th.
SPONSORSHIP AND ADMISSION LEVELS
$100 HELMSMAN Admission for 1 (open seating), open bar, complimentary hors d'oeuvres, and valet parking.
$300 BALLAST Admission for 2 (reserved seating), invitation to preview cocktail reception, open bar, complimentary hors d'oeuvres, and valet parking.
$1,000 MAINSAIL Reserved table seating for 4, acknowledgment in social media, press materials, event signage, website and emails, invitation to preview cocktail reception, open bar, complimentary hors d'oeuvres, and valet parking.
$2,000 MAXIMUM EBB Table for 8, ¼ page ad in the event program, logo on event signage, website and emails, acknowledgment in social media and press materials, invitation to preview cocktail reception, open bar, complimentary hors d'oeuvres, and valet parking.
$5,000 OVERBOARD Friday night preview dinner for two with honorary chair, artist James Prosek, table for 8 at the Auction, ½ page ad in the program, logo on event signage, website and emails, acknowledgment in social media and press materials, invitation to preview cocktail reception, open bar, complimentary hors d'oeuvres, and valet parking.
