From the early 1880s through Reconstruction, Monroe Ward was considered one of Richmond’s most elegant neighborhoods. Stroll past these historic buildings that have been lovingly preserved and “recycled” for the 21st century. Meet outside the Commonwealth Club at 401 W. Franklin Street. $10 ($5 for History Center members).
