Richmond-based klezmer ensemble Klezm'Or'Ami'm will explore the relationship between klezmer and jazz in a program of songs featuring hit tunes by Gershwin and a variety of klezmer classics on Saturday, Feb. 4, 2012 at 2 p.m. at the Richmond Public Library. This event occurs in conjunction with the exhibit "A Fine Romance: Jewish Songwriters, American Songs, 1910-1965" at James Branch Cabell Library from Jan. 19 through Feb. 24, 2012. We were associated with Club5 DNB:Sessions from 2005-2007 in Washington DC which hosted Sub:Focus as well as Pendulum's first shows in the USA along with artists like Friction, Klute, London Elektricity and LTJ Bukem. Expect similar acts as we plow forward into the world of DRUM & BASS.
