RVA TV was at the scene of a historic flash mob in Carytown this weekend, the 2009 Richmond Zombie Walk. Over 400 people took the sidewalks of Carytown in a slow, grumbling mob of zombie goodness. There were numerous cameos made, including two Where's Waldo's, a Jesus, Billy Mays, Pope John Paul II, Jesus, the Virgin Mary, and Lady Gaga.
The video was shot, directed, and edited by Andrew Volpe and Brian Tyree, with the assistance of Tarun Sinha and Mark Hernandez. Hosts, Gabrielle Marie Cauchon (Karen Berman) and Lauren English (Francine Cooper) make for wonderful zombie treats in this video, though no actual brains were eaten in the making of this film. Produced by Jon Headlee and R. Anthony Harris.
