This collaborative event, put together by Left Hand Brewing, Specialty Beverage, and The Village Cafe is all about celebrating Richmond Beer Week and having fun! Dress like a Lumberjack to have a blast–wear boots, suspenders, flannels, and sport a beard like all the cool kids, and celebrate Left Hand’s Sawtooth and Chainsaw theme! Best Lumberjack or Indian Warrior (see Warrior IPA below) outfit (as determined by the Village staff on duty and general group conscience) wins $50 bucks cash.
We will have Ambidextrous Sweet Stout, Nitro Sawtooth, Chainsaw, and Warrior IPA on tap, so come out, drink some quality beer, and party like a lumberjack!

Ambidextrous – Sweet Stout – Oak Aged Imperial Milk Stout – 10.5%
Sawtooth – Premium Bitter/ESB – 5.3%
Sawtooth Ale is an English style Extra Special Bitter. It is an extremely well balanced beer, with significant hop character, medium body, and a maltiness which increases in evidence as the beer warms to its “proper” drinking temperature. The water used is quite hard, bringing it to near Burton on Trent levels, keeping it true to the style. This gives it the appropriate character and improves the malt extract significantly.
Chainsaw (Double Sawtooth) – American Strong Ale – 9.4%
Chainsaw is a connoisseur version of Left Hand’s award-winning Sawtooth Ale, designed to befuddle silly generalizations about life. We hope you enjoy!
Warrior IPA – Fresh/Wet Hopped IPA – 7.6%
Brewed only once a year with fresh hops hand-picked in Longmont, CO and Warrior hops straight off the vine from Yakima, WA. Warrior is brewed using a unique style called “Wet Hopping,” which requires only hops that are no more than a day from the vine. “Wet Hopping” imparts only a mild aroma, but an exceptionally fresh unfiltered hop flavor.
