Here’s the brand new video from Noah-O, a heartfelt tribute to departed RVA producer and hip hop legend, Kleph Dollaz, who passed away last year. “Klephnote” is the first single from Noah-O’s forthcoming collaboration with producer Taylor Whitelow, an album entitled Monument Avenue that is expected to come out this spring.

The track mixes emotional lyrics from Noah-O with a strong, sample-based backing track put together by Whitelow. The video, directed by Rob Roby of Soul Live Media, features footage filmed at Hollywood Cemetery and in locations around Richmond, and has a hazy, faded feel that accentuates the mournful mood of the song as a whole. “Klephnote” is a strong opening track from Monument Avenue, one that points towards good things coming soon. While we wait for the album to drop, head over to soundcloud.com/monumentavenue and grab your own copy of “Klephnote,” which is available for free download. Play it loud in memory of Kleph Dollaz.
