This incredibly f*cked up movie is coming to the Bijou Film Center this weekend

by | Apr 14, 2017 | FILM & TV

Bizzaro cults, inter-dimensional evil, tons of blood and gore – all of this and more is promised in The Void which is currently playing at the Bijou Film Center this weekend.

The Bijou opened late last year and promised big things from the small film space. While other great things might have come through the Broad St. theatre already, this is the first time we’ve had something catch our eye; all it took was tons of blood and guts.

Check out the trailer for The Void below:

The Void has been making the festival circuit the last few months but had its official release this month. It managed to pick up another “official selection” titles at fests like Fantastic Fest, Sitges International Fantastic Fest, BFI London Film Festival and the Boston Underground Film Fest. We’re not sure if this means its any good, but it probably means its worth checking out. It also appears to have some of the folks behind last year’s amazing period horror piece The VVitch which should only further peak your interests.

Show times are a bit weird, but you can snag tickets here.
