We weren’t even halfway through the month of August before we started seeing Southern Tier Brewing’s PUMKING and other pumpkin-flavored beers crowding the shelves of grocery stores and markets around town. And now with it just starting to switch into fall, local breweries are rolling out pumpkin beers as fast as they can.

Now we know there are a lot of pumpkin beer fans out there, as well as the pumpkin-everything obsessed crowd, so the staff here at RVA Mag thought we’d compile a list of all the Richmond breweries that have released a pumpkin beer or are planning to release one soon.

Check out where and when you can get that pumpkin beer you crave below:

Hardywood Park Craft Brewery: Released Farmhouse Pumpkin earlier this month. Oct. 1, the brewery will release its Rye Whiskey Barrel Pumpkin.

Strangeways Brewing: On Saturday, Sept. 17 the brewery released Gourd of Thunder, an Imperial Pumpkin Porter and Sept. 24, they will release their Rot in Hell Pumpkin Sour.

Ardent Craft Ales: On Oct. 1, Ardent will release its annual “The One” Pumpkin Ale, a limited run autumn brew.

Isley Brewing: Stunt Dubbel, a pumpkin dubbel released Sept 9. The brew is made with vanilla beans, cinnamon sticks and brown sugar rock candy. It’s fermented with Trappist yeast originating from the Trappist Abbey of Westmalle in 1856. Stunt Dubbel is named after the stunt double horse in the 1960s show Mr. Ed. You can purchase Isley’s Stunt Dubbel until the end of October. ABV 7%

Growlers To Go: The beer store has several pumpkin beers in stock. Chilled and ready to spice up your life are Breckinridge’s Nitro Pumpkin Spice Latte(yes, that’s a beer.) The Boulevard location as well as the Short Pump location have more than a few pumpkin-inspired brews in growlers. Trinkin also has an extensive list of their pumpkin beers in bottles.

Cheers pumpkin lovers. And be sure to keep an eye out on RVA Mag for local Fall beer releases.
