Richmond’s Eerie Canal Tours (Day 3)

Riverfront Canal Cruises hosts three special nights of hauntingly narrated canal boat tours complete with candy for the little ones! From Friday, October 27 through Sunday, October 29, special 20 minute tours leave every half hour (on the hour and half hour) from 5:00-9:00 p.m., with the last boat departing at 8:30 p.m. Boats depart from the Canal Walk’s Turning Basin at 139 Virginia Street. Admission is $6. Kids aged four and under are free. The Eerie Canal Tours feature haunting tales of Richmond’s past, based on historical events, as passengers travel down the Kanawha Canal, drifting through the spooky sights and sounds of Richmond’s oldest and most historically haunted district. Little ghouls and ghosts in attendance will receive a special candy treat. This spooky Halloween event is for the whole family! Tickets go on sale October 1 and are ONLY sold online.
