That’s right, folks, regardless of what sort of debacles may have ensued last year, the interstellar warriors of GWAR are undaunted, and have every intention of bringing you another kickass annual installment of the GWAR-B-Que, this time restored to its rightful location at Hadad’s Lake! The final lineup was released last week, and tickets went on sale today for the event, which is happening on Saturday, August 18, beginning at 11 AM, and is brought to you by Ring Dog Rescue.

Tickets are available now at gwarbq.com. Admission is $25 for a standard ticket, $35 for a ticket and a commemorative t-shirt, or $75 for one of the limited-edition premium tickets. In addition to the standard ticket and t-shirt, premium tickets include the opportunity to attend a meet-and-greet with your Lords and Masters, GWAR, plus the opportunity for one premium ticket-holder to join GWAR onstage–where, one assumes, someone from the band will decapitate you. But what a way to go out, right? Totally worth it. But hurry, because supplies are limited. After all, this is guaranteed to be the event of the year–not just for RVA, not just for metal fans, but for the planet Earth in general. You wouldn’t want to miss it, would you? We know the answer to that question.
Once again, tickets are available at gwarbq.com. Don’t screw this up!
