Lauryn Hill coming to The National in May

Everyone get excited and get ready to freak the fuck out because Ms. Lauryn Hill herself is coming to The National in May.


Everyone get excited and get ready to freak the fuck out because Ms. Lauryn Hill herself is coming to The National in May.

The former Fugee member has kicked off a tour that will North Carolina, Texas, New York, Virginia and Canada. She will stop in Portsmouth, VA. May 8th then head to Richmond for a show Tueday May 10th.

Hill’s solo debut, “The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill,” has sold more than 19 million copies worldwide and won five Grammy Awards.

Last year, the singer conributed to the soundtrack for “What Happened, Miss Simone?,” a documentary about the life of singer and civil rights activist Nina Simone.

Tickets go on sale Friday, March 18th at 10 am. Tickets are $63.
