HeavyGrinder was born in Seattle and spent her teenage years traveling the globe as a model before settling down in LA and beginning her DJ career. She has performed all over the United States and the world, headlining the biggest clubs from Los Angeles to Ibiza. She’s released singles on labels like Star Fruits and Soundmen On Wax, and had an iTunes top 40 hit with her track “Mind Eraser,” which featured Zelma Davis of C + C Music Factory. HeavyGrinder will be performing during the RVA Music Fest at the Hat Factory Showcase on Saturday September 10.
