RVA MUSIC FEST: No Dice

by | Aug 9, 2011 | MUSIC

The RVA Music Fest, taking place September 10th and 11th, is only a month away. We’ll be counting down the days until the Fest begins by profiling a different performer each day from now until the Fest begins. Check back here each day to learn about all of the artists performing at the RVA Music Fest.

No Dice are a trio from Richmond who play no-frills rock n’ roll with folk and country tinges. Singer/guitarists Ryan Stevenson and Ryan Crenshaw switch back and forth on songwriting and vocal duties, and while each songwriter has his own musical personality, their styles integrate flawlessly into a unified, enjoyable sound. They’ve just released their first LP, Do Nice, which you can check out at their facebook page. They’re preparing to release a new three-song EP produced by Rich Stine and mixed by Mitch Easter, who has worked with R.E.M., Wilco, and Pavement–keep an eye on their facebook page for more info on that release. No Dice will be playing The Republic Showcase at the RVA Music Fest on Saturday September 10.
