And the SHHO is trying to get good and crazy on Saturday, as you can see from the teaser below:

Kids these days…you give them a little and they end up taking everything. Offer up a beer and the whole case is gone. You smoke em’ out and they’ll “hit you back when they got money.” It’s all good, we understand. But, whatever happened to the days where everyone throws in, everyone throws down, and everyone throws up? When did all of our wreck-less behavior come with an accounting log of whose done what? We here at VCU SHHO say fuck that!

Let’s bring back drunk driving on a Wednesday through the Compass. Throw a trashcan in the street because that shit was in your way. Play baseball with the mailboxes all the way down Monument. We’re not ignorant… just tired. Tired of everyone telling you how to be you. Sit down. Stand up. Shut up. Speak…well, you get the message. The laws of physics state that for every action there’s a positive or negative reaction. And to anyone that’s ever doubted us, we’d say “fuck off”…however, we’d much rather show you.

WHAT: VCU Student Hip Hop Organization Presents World’s Fair And TWO-9!
WHO: World’s Fair, TWO-9, Nickelus F, Millz, Ohbliv, and DJ DIZZ
WHERE: Strange Matter, 929 W. Grace St.
WHEN: Saturday, September 29, Doors open at 9 PM
ADMISSION: $10 in advance, with tickets available at Rumors (723 W. Broad St.) and Steady Sounds (322 W. Broad St), or by clicking HERE. $13 at the door.

Oh, and some late-breaking news: there is a way to get to go to the show for free. VCU’s SHHO will be giving away one pair of tickets to this show per day, from today up until the day of the show. All you have to do to enter is take a picture of the poster for the event somewhere out in the wild and tweet it to @vcushho. Include the location of the poster and #WorldsFairTwo9 in your tweet. Once a poster has been used to win, it can’t be used again, so you may have to do some legwork, but the weather’s gonna be pretty nice for the next several days, so get out there on the streets and find these posters! To experience a night like this free of charge, it’s totally worth any work you’ll have to do to pull it off.
