Featuring a headlining set by NYC’s Designer Drugs, who’ve rocked the Hat Factory and the city of Richmond in fine fashion before, this tour boasts a ridiculous assortment of acts, including Skitsnygg, Pls Dnt Stp, Black Matter, and more, plus local support from Nint3ndo and DJ Kief Sweat.
