Yes, Henrico Police are set to issue body cameras to their enforcement officers, but how will that footage be used and what are their rules of use? RVAMag recieved a draft copy of their proposed plan, and here’s a breakdown.

Before we break this bad boy down, keep in mind this appears to be an early draft of the Body Worn Camera (BWC) policy. Things could change. We received this document from a community leader late last week. We’ve reached out to Henrico Police for comment on the document, but have not heard back yet.
