Call for artist Proposals for the Hull Street Library due this Thursday (4/20/17)

The city of Richmond’s Public Arts Comission has a little over 50K in funding for a new instillation on the grounds at the Hull Street Library in Southside.

You must submit your proposal physically which might help reduce the number of submissions so get your creative juices flowing and check out details for how to submit a proposal below via the PAC:

The City of Richmond’s Public Art Commission is seeking qualified artists to create outdoor
artwork for the Hull Street Library. The site is in the front of the library within the existing brick circle. Existing plantings and signage will be relocated prior to artist installation. The funding allocation for the project is $51,000, inclusive of all artist’s costs and installation. Submissions are due April 20, 2017, at 4 pm
