Richmond has always been a hub for heavy music, and this past weekend, Dark Days, Bright Nights made its debut, casting a spotlight on the shadowed corners of our city’s music scene. If you’re into metal, punk, hardcore, or anything in between, this festival had something for you. For those who couldn’t make it, photographer CJ Payne was there to capture the nights.
