Aspiring comedian Brian Mann is a little bit different from the comics he typically shares the stage with at any of the the city’s various stand-up comedy shows and open-mics. Beyond the fact that he’s currently the only comic lugging a keyboard onstage for part of his act, he’s also the only comic still in high school. That hasn’t stopped him from jumping in with both feet, performing and booking his own show, The New York Deli Underground. The first one was able to raise some money for charity, and he’s hoping to contribute his part to the Richmond comedy scene by hosting his own night.
