‘The Evolution of Noah-O’, our host visits hip hop artist Dell Jones has spent his whole career in the Hillside Court Housing Projects of South Richmond making music from his experiences. If you need an idea of how difficult and violent the area is, just google it — link after link of shootings and murders, year after year, but there is still hope. Dell Jones hangs with Noah to discuss the other side of RVA.
