Roanoke’s Eternal Summers drop “Gold and Stone” video, new album, and RVA tour date 6/8

Roanoke-based Eternal Summers will always hold a place in my heart.

Roanoke-based Eternal Summers will always hold a place in my heart. With high quality musicianship and a knack for song writing, the female-lead trio is one I always keep an eye out for.

And luck for you, the possibly unexposed reader, you can check out their newest track, “Gold and Stone,” below:

Since 2009, the trio of Nicole Yun, Daniel Cundiff and Jonathan Woods have been rocking Virginia and East Coast venues with their post-punk melodies with great success. Somewhere between New Order and Blur you’ll find these folks with a happy addition to any record rotation as the season warms up.

And speaking of additional records, their new album Gold and Stone dropped yesterday and can be scooped via Kanine Records.

They’re also heading on tour, check them out when they come to town this Monday, 6/8, at Gallery 5:
