Indie prog group Night Idea has been hard at work on their new full-length album Breathing Cold since the summer and on Friday they will throw album release party at the The Broadberry.

They recorded the 8-song, 40-minute album with Dave Watkins upstairs at Gallery5. This will be Night Idea’s first physical LP and unlike their previous releases, this album is a little darker. Check out our interview with Night Idea from RVAMag’s last issue.

CD’s and tapes will be available the night of the show.

Roz & The Rice Cakes, a three piece indie rock band from Rhone Island will perform along with local band Spooky Cool and onw man tribal groove band, Gull.

Night Idea’s album release show goes down this Friday, March 25th at The Broadberry at 8 pm. Tickets are $8 in advance at $10 at the door.
