The success of highly anticipated and newly restored Historic Hofheimer Building in Scott’s Addition will open as an event venue including a Peter Chang’s restaurant sometime next month.
Until then, the building has allowed the public to gain access and check out the space with their “Sunsets at the Hof” series, a weekly cocktail party on their rooftop, which started at the beginning of this month.
Judging from the photos, it looks as though the Thursday parties, which include a DJ, artwork, and beer and wine, have been so successful that the owners will continue this series all of June.
The first event next month kicks off with a fireworks party this Thursday, June 2nd. DJs Michael Murphy & Mad Skillz will be spinning the tunes, and the party will also feature cocktails, appetizers, art exhibits by Todd Hale and Jane Marie, and a fireworks show courtesy of The Diamond. throwing down beats under the Skylight in The Loft.
The Historic Hofheimer Building is located at 2818 W. Broad St. and the weekly “Sunsets at the Hof” rooftop parties commence every Thursday in June from 6 to 10 pm.
