Creed Bratton of NBC’s ‘The Office’ coming to Capital Ale House in May

by | Mar 14, 2017 | COMEDY

For fans of NBC’s “The Office”, the news I’m about to share will have you as excited as Stanley on pretzel day, or Jim playing a prank on Dwight. Creed Bratton is coming to Richmond this spring ladies and gentleman. Yes you read that right.

The Broadberry and Capital Ale House have partnered to bring a special evening of comedy and music with the wonderfully weird, hilarious and all around creepy Creep Bratton, who was a cast member on the documentary-style television comedy for all nine seasons from 2005 to 2013.

His character on the show is partly based on his experiences and former lifestyle although slightly embellished. Besides playing solitaire on his computer, stealing things from his co-workers on The Office, little is known about Creed Bratton, but I found out today he’s a longtime actor and musician.

Bratton has been acting since the late 1960s in films such as “Mask” and “Heart Like a Wheel”, and he’s a founding member of the rock band, The Grass Roots.

On Thursday, May 4, for one night, fans and freaks alike can enjoy Bratton’s one-man musical and comedy routine at Capital Ale House. Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door. Tickets will go on sale this Friday at 10 am. Show at 8pm.
