We saw this ube pandesal from @angiesbakeryvb and knew we had to have it. We grabbed some @autumn_olive_farms pork and made our own longganisa for some garlicky sweetness, topped it with a fried egg from @peterson_farm and then a slice of american chz to boot. It’s fucked up good.
