Adorable or terrifying? I’m going with terrifying.

Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, is that you?

This is hot, but don’t get too close…

It all starts at 9 PM on Wednesday, October 30 at 9 PM. Starlite is located at 2600 W. Main St. We’ll see you there!

PS – We are aware that with the government shutdown some great federal agencies that help feed needy people have also been shut down. So we are teaming up with FeedMore to collect cans for the holiday. Bring a few canned food items that you don’t need along to the party and we will make sure and get them in the right hands.

In 2005, I created RVA Magazine, and I'm still at the helm as its publisher. From day one, it’s been about pushing the “RVA” identity, celebrating the raw creativity and grit of this city. Along the way, we’ve hosted events, published stacks of issues, and, most importantly, connected with a hell of a lot of remarkable people who make this place what it is. "The joy of finding a perfectly reusable gem on a sidewalk, in an alley, or on a porch stoop is one of the perks of living in such close proximity in the city of Richmond. The FOMO of not making it on your bike in time for a taxidermy dolphin or a surprisingly decent...
