Halloweek kicks off in fine fashion at The Republic. Radio Rubber Room presents a Halloween-themed edition of their Wednesday night live music showcase, featuring RVA’s finest seven-piece groove monster, Proverbial, along with special guests The Dirty Picture Show. The evening will also feature prize giveaways and a costume contest. Come out, dance it up, and get weird with these great local bands!

Richmond’s proud Halloween-weekend tradition continues! Once again, zombies will attack Carytown at 2 PM Saturday afternoon, lumbering down the sidewalks and shocking passerby. If you want to walk with the zombies, report in costume to the boat lake in Byrd Park at 1 PM. Or just be in Carytown around 2 PM to see the full zombie parade. This amazing double-venue event begins Saturday afternoon and runs into the wee hours that night. These two restaurants are throwing one HUGE party, featuring DJs, photo booths, food & drink specials, and a huge costume contest featuring $100 cash, among other prizes, up for grabs!
