Moonshine lovers rejoice! Local moonshine producer Belle Isle Craft Spirits has added a mouth-watering concoction to their lineup.

Today they announced the premiere of Ruby Red Grapefruit Premium Moonshine.

According to Belle Isle’s website, Ruby Red is made with grapefruits sourced from Texas and California to compliment their gluten-free, triple distilled moonshine made with organic corn.

You can sip on it alone or mix it up in a cocktail according to the experts over there. Here’s a little recipe using Ruby Red Grapefruit courtesy of Belle Isle Craft Spirit’s website. You can check out more of their recipes here.

The Salty Red Dog

-2oz Ruby Red Grapefruit Belle Isle Moonshine
-Ruby Red Grapefruit juice

Directions: Pour into a Collins glass with a salted rim over ice. Top with fresh Ruby Red GF juice. Garnish with a lime.

The citrusy moonshine joins the rest of their lineup which includes Premium Belle Isle, Belle Isle 100, and the Honey Habanero infusion, which I can personally tell you is freaking delicious. Seriously. Go get it.
