Welcome to The Championship Game of RVA BEER MADNESS 2017!

You have selected your top teams from each Region to battle it out in this divisional round. The winners of these games have moved on to the final game representing RVA BEER MADNESS.

The Final Four was just as exciting and even closer than our past rounds have been. But here we find out who will be our final two teams to go into the final round. Lets break it down:

Triple Crossing vs Ardent Craft Ales

This game pit our two hottest teams in the downtown/fan area directly against each other. Each of these breweries are dearly loved and followed. Amazing brews are just part of the story of these spots, but they also have amazing area’s to hang out along with food. This was a flip-flop of a battle, Triple Crossing started out ahead and pulled to a good lead only to see Ardent (which has been the case all tourney) come from behind to tie it up. Then we had a few lead changes all the along the way to the final buzzer! Ardent Craft Ale’s following proved to continue to lead the charge and start to pull away slightly but maintain a good lead. Triple Crossing loses this close game, but what a matchup!

Garden Grove Brewing Company vs Final Gravity Co

Another ridiculously close game here, that proved to really ring in the votes from all over. Garden Grove Brewing Company has been on top of their game all Tourney long. Their following has steadily grown and we have seen them pretty much explode and come alive this tournament. Final Gravity took out some of the biggest teams in the tourney ever. They were true Daniels facing Goliath, but came out with the win closely. There is no doubting the amount of following they have for their quality brews – it has been shown time and time again. So the matchup here was hard-fought, another one with some real lead changes that saw Final Gravity pulling ahead at one point. But Garden Grove hung tight, and was able to equal up by halftime. Garden Grove had grown a big fan base and handed out flags and banners to fans. With that, they were shown some real love from their Carytown roots with a fan base that came out to help. But Final Gravity was not easy to lay down at all. In the end Garden Grove held on throughout the end of the day and pulled out a VICTORY!!! Carytown fans cheered and they go to the big game!! What a story run.

Huge congrats again to the teams who made it this far, the bracket below has the matchups all the way to this Final Game.
