I must confess, it’s hard not to envy our polite upstairs neighbors, with their funny bacon that’s actually ham, and their cheap meds, and their Ryan Reynolds, and their kilted yaksmen.

But take heart, friends, because for one glorious evening, Canada, in all her pine-scented glory, will be coming to Richmond. This Saturday, Canada’s the Anti-Queens and Kill Matilda will be joined by Richmond’s Get in the Car for an evening of primo Punk at the one and only Wonderland.

Following their command American debut last year, Toronto’s the Anti-Queens are returning to Richmond, and this time, the self-styled “four tits and a dick with instruments” Punk trio will be bringing an extra pair of tits in the form of Black Cat Attack’s Valerie Knox.

They will be joined by the equally Punk, equally Canadian Kill Matilda from Vancouver. All in all, it should be quite the Saturday night.

The show starts at 9PM Saturday, the 26th for the low, low price of $5. This is a 21+ event.
