The beloved RVA singer/songwriter Lucy Dacus who quickly rose to fame with that sweet, soft angelic voice of hers just keeps popping up on every news outlet, festival, and magazine you can imagine.

The beloved RVA singer/songwriter Lucy Dacus who quickly rose to fame with that sweet, soft angelic voice of hers just keeps popping up on every news outlet, festival, and magazine you can imagine.

This time, she lends her voice to the people at NPR for their Tiny Desk Concert series, performing “I Don’t Want to Be Funny Anymore,” her first hit single off her debut album No Burden which dropped in February.

She also performs “Direct Address” and “Green Eyes, Red Face” off the album as well which you can find below.

Dacus is on a nationwide tour right now, but you can catch her back in RVA at The National on October 7th. Tickets are $13 you can get yours here.
