In The Heat Of The Night Vol. 1

by | Jun 5, 2023 | EAT DRINK, PHOTOGRAPHY, RICHMOND NEWS

Heads up! A fresh series is bubbling up here at the mag, brewed in collaboration with our friends at Bingo! Beer Co. We are sending our team out to hit the urban sprawl every weekend for the summer, stalking the after-10pm pulse, documenting the underbelly of weekend nocturnal life.

Our recent visual excursions featured photographers CJ Payne and Ko Soum descending upon a medley of city hotspots. From the raw rhythms of Ten Pound Snail at The Camel, the lush interiors of The Jungle Room, the packed house at Get Tight Lounge, to the hoppy heartland of Bingo! Beer Co., we’ve been there, lens and all. Your place might just be next on our gritty urban photographic tour.

Fancy us breezing through your haunt, event, rendezvous, or perhaps you’re tempted to take a stab at being behind the camera? Reach out to us at hello@rvamag.com.

What This Year Really Looked Like for Virginia Farmers
