It’s 44 degrees outside now, and the remnants of last week’s blizzard will be gone within a week. We asked y’all to send us pictures of fun in the snow, and boy, did you ever deliver! Here is the first round. More will be posted tomorrow, so if your pictures didn’t make the cut, don’t fret! Some of the images presented here have been resized and/or cropped to better fit our website- if anyone feels that their artistic vision has been violated, please contact ian@rvamag.com and the image will be removed immediately.

Thanks to everyone, SO MUCH, for sending us so many great pictures! The main image above is from Tammy, who also sent us this wonderful quote from Ella W. Wilcox:

“When Christmas bells are swinging above the fields of snow, we hear sweet voices ringing from lands of long ago, and etched on vacant places are half-forgotten faces of friends we used to cherish, and loves we used to know.”
