This year on New Years Eve, you can not only mark the passage of time into the history books but be a part of RVA history in the making! RVA NYE 2015 brings the New Years Eve ball drop that once took over Carytown to Brown’s Island for the first celebration of a new tradition.

RVA NYE 2015 brings the New Years Eve ball drop that once took over Carytown to Brown’s Island for the first celebration of a new tradition. Attendance is free for everyone, but upgrades to VIP are available, and you could win a pair of VIP upgrades from your friends at RVA Magazine!

But first let’s talk about the parts everyone in attendance will get to enjoy. Rest assured, there will be a ton of stuff going on! We’ll have 5 beer trucks featuring over 30 taps on hand, brought to you by Specialty Beverage of Virginia and featuring a ton of high quality craft beer. Selections will include New Belgium’s Fat Tire Amber Ale, Dogfish Head Slow Ride Session, Allagash Indian Brown Ale, Parkway White Ale, Crispin’s Get Bent IPA, and more! Plus we’ll have Ciroc vodka and Red Bull in attendance–and that’s not to mention all the food trucks that will be available to serve you delicious locally-produced eats!

Music will fill the air throughout the night, from two stages. The main stage will feature DJ sets by DJ Doddie, MASS Fx, HOODY, Soulpower, and Trill Bill, with hosts Melissa Chase and Jack Louderback from 103.7 FM. Meanwhile, the Party Liberation Front stage will bring you sets from Mr Jennings, Reinhold, Michael NightTime, and Dope Solo, hosted by MC Parker S. Galore VIII and featuring a plethora of fire and circus performers–plus an appearance by PLF pyroship Flora Burn!

VIP Ticket buyers will receive entrance into a heated tent area, as well as special parking areas, access to premium bar stations, drink tickets and a complimentary buffet! Silver VIP passes are $75, Gold VIP passes are $100, and both can be purchased now by clicking here!
