BRAIN DRAIN w/ Dillon Francis this Weekend!

by | Dec 9, 2010 | MUSIC

BRAIN DRAIN is back for the last party of 2010 with DILLON FRANCIS (Los Angeles // Mad Decent / Plant). In the past year, LA’s Dillon Francis has shot out of nowhere to become one of hottest young DJ/producers in the scene. Murdering it in the production department, Dillon’s been unstoppable – constantly releasing new tracks, from brutal dubstep wompers to electro/house bangers, as well as collaborating with the likes of Diplo and our homie Dave Nada. His remixes and originals have caught the attention and support of heavy hitters like Steve Aoki, Diplo, Will.i.am, Drop The Lime, Sinden, and Tittsworth to name a few.

Dillon’s insane Dutch House scorcher “Westside!” received great support from Major Lazer, who opened their shows with the track and inspired a release on Diplo’s Mad Decent label, where Dillon will also put out his “Masta Blasta” EP. His first dubstep release on Play Me Records, the heavy “Take Me High” peaked at No. 13 on the Beatport dubstep chart and was played in full by Rusko in every one of his sets during his OMG tour. In the coming months, Dillon will have releases on Mad Decent, Dim Mak, Top Billin’, as well as Plant Music, where he will be releasing his next club EP.

Dillon is what you would call an open-format electronic DJ who sees no delineation between making music and playing it. With huge support from the most important dance music blogs, Dim Mak, Mad Decent, Discobelle, and Gotta Dance Dirty, Dillon is sure to become a breakout star in the new year. This is not a show to miss! Buy your TICKETS HERE.
