Black Girls Record Release Show At Kingdom/Worthless Junk Records Giveaway

It’s already been a tremendous year for Worthless Junk Records. With the releases of Black Girls’ new full-length, Hell Dragon, and the White Laces/Arches split seven-inch, you would think it’s about time to take a break. Think again.

It’s already been a tremendous year for Worthless Junk Records. With the releases of Black Girls’ new full-length, Hell Dragon, and the White Laces/Arches split seven-inch, you would think it’s about time to take a break. Think again. On February 24th, Worthless Junk will be celebrating the vinyl release of Hell Dragon with a huge showcase of Richmond’s finest at Kingdom.

Black Girls will be headlining along with split collaborators the No BS! Brass Band, labelmates White Laces, and the always effervescent Trillions. For a measly twelve dollars, you can catch all things Richmond. Or if you’ve been curious about the new hip musical digs for the city, look no further than Kingdom on this special Friday evening showcase. The night will be full of festivities in addition to the collective musical environment. The label will be giving out prizes, as well as offering cheap CDs and half-price discounts on their distro selection.

Before all of that jazz comes to pass, though, Worthless Junk want to spread their wealth and giving spirit. In collaboration with RVA Magazine, Worthless Junk Records will be offering a plethora of prize packages. In what could be likely consider The Great Worthless Junk Splurge of 2012, the giveaways include:

1 winner receives: The entire Worthless Junk catalog of releases, plus fun promo stuff etc. etc. a free pair of tickets to the KINGDOM show plus the VIP Pre-party at (secret location).
