DAILY FIX: Martin Solveig – The Night Out (A-Trak Remix)

by | Feb 27, 2012 | MUSIC

The renaissance man behind some of your favorite electronic dance music projects, A-Trak, is back again with another addition to his long line of stellar remix work.

The renaissance man behind some of your favorite electronic dance music projects, A-Trak, is back again with another addition to his long line of stellar remix work. The more visible half of the group, Duck Sauce, whose 2010 hit, “Barbra Streisand,” resulted in a Grammy nomination for Best Dance Recording, volunteered his services to the newest Martin Solveig single, “The Night Out.” Continuing where he left off last year with his chart topping breakthrough single, Hello, alongside Dragonette, “The Night Out” is a fun and catchy pop tune. Unfortunately for him–and fortunately for A-Trak–the song left a lot of room open for remix possibilities. The result is an electro and bass-driven remix that makes you think twice about which version you want to replay.
