Castleburg Brewery and Taproom is throwing down big Monday, April 2. The brewery will feature ACCA (Shrine) Temple Sauerkrauts German Band who will be providing live polka music with all donations made to the band given to the Shriners Hospitals for Children. The Dog Wagon will be providing the food, and Castleburg will even have a Miss Dyngus Day RVA 2018 Pageant. You must pre-register to participate/compete in this event, which you can do here. Of course, no celebration is complete without a new beer release. The brewery will have Castilian’s Champagne, brewed with Oak Smoked Wheat Malt. The beer was nicknamed “Polish Champagne” because of its high carbonation levels, and because it was valued as a high-quality beverage to be used for special occasions.
