1708 Gallery hosts Milk River Arts in its space this week for the second installment of its 10 x 10 summer program. The program, which will run until August, features 10 different artists and other local organizations and this week its Milk River Arts, a career-focused non-profit for artists with special needs that provides support through professional studio space and exhibition opportunities.

The gallery invites those with developmental disabilities interested in exploring a career as a visual artist to visit the 1708 pop-up workshop which will run through June 13. This week will allow adults with special needs to engage with professional artists to create pieces that will be displayed throughout the gallery once completed.

1709 Gallery has shared a sneak peek of Milk River Arts work. Check out the video below and be on the look out next week for the gallery’s next video. Learn more about 1708 Gallery’s program here.
