2016 InLight Richmond event announces artists, moves to Scotts Addition this year

One of RVA’s dopest public/free art festivals is quickly approaching! Check out details about the 2016 InLight event as it moves from the VMFA to Scotts Addition this year. We’ll have more details closer to the date, but check out the artist announcements below:

InLight Richmond 2016 will feature performance, sculpture, video, and interactive projects that will transform walls, sidewalks, green spaces, benches, and buildings in the Scott’s Addition neighborhood, highlighting the unique history of the area. As one of the most rapidly transforming neighborhoods in Richmond, Scott’s Addition will lend its own creative energy to the innovative and contemporary light-based art on view.

InLight 2016 will include community projects by Art on Wheels, Circe Strauss for Iridian Gallery, Studio Two Three, and Afrikana Film Festival.
