Best of RVA Missed Connections 11/7/17-11/14/17

by | Nov 14, 2017 | WTF?!

In this week’s Missed Connections it seems cuffing season has come early. From uber drivers to strangers in elevators, everyone is looking for someone and this week their search for someone to keep them warm this holiday season has taken them to Craigslist.

Eavesdropping on a serious conversation. – m4w (Harrison St.)

Didn’t mean to. But y’all were right there, and it was breaking my heart a li’l. Really, you’re exceptionally attractive, so you’re going to be dealing with this problem a lot. You understand having dudes over late is a bad idea, you know you have trouble dealing with it once it’s happening. I would suggest asking yourself some difficult questions, and spending time with more mature men, or focusing purely on yourself and school before you get jaded and start making poor decisions out of spite.

I picked you up today for the 2nd time – m4m (Near downtown)

I was your Uber driver today for the 2nd time. You remembered our first ride and told me it was nice to see you again and you hope it wasn’t your last. It doesn’t have to be. Your energy is great! I hope to talk to you more.

Hot female doctor on the elevator at MCV – m4w (Main Hospital)

We were on the elevator together on Wednesday at MCV. I was going to the first floor, but you thought I said “fourth floor” and pressed the 4 button. You apologized and we shared a nice smile. I didn’t see a ring…

You: Dark hair, scrubs, white medical coat, clogs. Coffee?

Costco cutie – m4w

I was in costco tonight and saw you shopping. You are a very beautiful AA woman with short hair, a small thin body and a wonderful smile. You smiled at me twice, made me feel special. Just wanted to say ‘Hi’ and ‘Thanks’. You made my night.

To the Colombian wife – m4w

I took you for a spin (a few times) out on the dance floor and then again in the beer garden, what did you say your name was? I had a mal a-la-tet like you wouldn’t believe, but then there you were, pining for me to grind on that zipper. Buckle up sweetheart, we are departing on the crosswind.

My name is Jess. I’m not sure what happened. I saw that I had a new message from you and when I went to open it, it wasn’t there. I didn’t want you to think i’m blowing you off.  You were in a suit for your first image. You are 22, and your profile says you like hip-hop among other things. We talked about music (Nickel Creek), and careers. Please only message if your the one I’m referring to.
