Our cup is overflowing with news this week, but first head over here to check out what awesome brews were released in Richmond last weekend.

We’ve got new beer releases, a local brewpub turns 2, and more so hold on to your mugs because we’re getting ready to tap this thing!

Ardent Craft Ales will introduce six packs of their Citra IPA and Saison in the taproom this Saturday so make your way down there to grab one…or two of those!

The Answer Brewpub is turning two and celebrating in a big way this weekend! Check out details from them below:

This will be an ALL DAY event (12pm-12am). Things to expect:

*Perennial Devil’s Heart of Gold (Barrel Aged Wheat Wine)
* Hardywood Foolery

Live music at 10 pm: Tom Petty tribute band, Full Moon Fever.

Hardywood will host its regular food truck court tomorrow (thursday) and host their 4th Annual Richmond Blugrass Festival on Sat. Sept. 10. It’s an all day music celebration featuring a seasonal lineup of Hardywood beer, local food truck favorites, and of course, live music! This event is FREE to attend and open to all ages. Richmond Bluegrass Festival tees and silk screaned posters will be available. In addition to the Bluegrass Festival, we are also celebrating our RVA IPA Release! — available on draft for your enjoyment at the brewery, and in 750mL bottles and growler fills to go. Check out the link above for the music lineup and food trucks.

Triple Crossing will release its Form and Void DIPA this Saturday, a 9% DIPA brewed with Aslin Beer Company.

On Friday, Isley will be pouring their weekly infusion. This time, a Strawberry Plain Jane.

On Saturday, Isley will release the Summit Sloth IPA, the second in their Deadly 7 series.
